We’re The Pawmer House Pet Hotel, and we’ve been a pet boarding service here in Wilton Center, IL, since 2000. We specialize in a large outdoor play area and we're open 7 days a week. We offer separate boarding areas for cats and dogs with air conditioning and heating. Play time is included in the kennel fee - we don't charge extra for activities! We're proud to offer exclusive vacations for dogs and cats. We’re looking forward to partnering with Elmwood, New Lenox, and Frankfort consumers to continue to offer a premier pet boarding experience. Our Story

After visiting many Pet Boarding facilities over the past few years, we knew we had finally found our home. We were so impressed with The Pawmer House Pet Hotel and the reputation that the previous owners had built that we knew this is where we wanted to be. Having had our own Pet Sitting business at our previous home, we were excited and ready to transition into the Pet Hotel setting. The former owners taught us well, and we have continued with the outstanding level of comfort and safety you have become accustomed to. We can’t believe how many amazing years it has been! We have met so many great people and their pets. We hope you understand our passion for your pets’ comfort and safety so you will feel confident that their needs are being met while you are away. When we picked Tinkerbell up, the woman who had been taking care of her hung around, to say goodbye to Tinkerbell. I think she genuinely likes Tinkerbell. At another place, they had one of those "observe your pet" cameras. We watched Tinkerbell come up and place her paws on the staff member's leg, saying "Hi. Want to pet me?" The staff member acted like Tinkerbell wasn't there, and continued looking at her phone. Not all places care about your pet. This one does. Your pet will receive good care.

Can't say enough good about The Pawmer House! We owned it for 15 years, and I am extremely critical. I have to say that Sherri and Don may even do a better job than we did! The best of the best, can't say enough good about them. Boarded my 2 Golden Retrievers there this past week, and they had a great time. They came home smelling so good I actually contacted the Pawmer House to see if they had had a bath, which they had not. Awesome place!
